Our Beliefs

We believe in the one living and Triune God,  as three equally and fully divine Persons: God the Father, Jesus Christ, His one and only Son; and the Holy Spirit. (Mathew 28:19) We believe that Scripture is fully trustworthy and that the Old and New Testament to be the inspired and authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16)

 

We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, and lived a life without sin.  Jesus Christ, through His death on the cross, paid for all sin. On the third day, He rose again and secured salvation for those that believe in Him.  (Luke 1:34-35, John 3:16, Mark 16:19, Phil 2:9-11)

 

We believe that God the Father created man in His image and that through our sin we have all have fallen short of the Glory of God.  We believe we are saved by God’s grace alone and the only way for redemption is through Jesus Christ. (John 6:44, Ephesians 2:8-9)

​We believe that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as male or female. These two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God. (Gen 1:26-27.) Rejection of one’s biological sex is a rejection of the image of God within that person.

We believe that the term “marriage” has only one meaning: the uniting of one man and one woman in a single, exclusive union, as delineated in Scripture. (Gen 2:18-25.)
